SHIPPING POLICY

At Clint Eagar Design, we take care in packaging and shipping your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Please review our shipping details below.

1. HANDLING TIME

Original artwork and prints are carefully packaged within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. Custom-framed pieces and commissions may require additional handling time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & TIMELINES

- Prints (unframed): 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS Ground

- Framed pieces: 5-10 business days via UPS Ground (additional packaging required)

- Original paintings: 5-10 business days via UPS or FedEx

- Corporate or large orders: Custom shipping arranged upon confirmation

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. For large or oversized pieces, a custom shipping quote will be provided before purchase.

4. PACKAGING

All artwork is professionally packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Framed pieces include corner protectors and reinforced boxing.

5. TRACKING

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email upon shipment.

6. DELIVERY

Signature may be required for original artwork and high-value pieces. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

7. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

In the rare event your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@clinteagardesign.com or (224) 715-2252 with photos of the damage and packaging. We will replace or refund the piece.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
