RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Clint Eagar Design creates original fine art and limited edition pieces. Please review our return and refund policy before purchasing.

1. ORIGINAL ARTWORK

Due to the unique and custom nature of original artwork, all original paintings are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund unless the piece arrives damaged or is not as described. Please contact us at info@clinteagardesign.com before purchasing an original if you have questions about the piece.

2. PRINTS & REPRODUCTION ARTWORK

Prints and reproduction artwork may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, undamaged condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A full refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

3. CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

All custom commission work is FINAL SALE once the piece is completed and approved by the client. No returns or refunds are accepted for commissioned work.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at info@clinteagardesign.com or (224) 715-2252 with photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

To initiate a return, email info@clinteagardesign.com with your order number and the reason for return. You will receive return instructions and an authorization. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to process once the return is received.

6. REFUND METHOD

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

7. EXCHANGES
