1. PRODUCTS & ARTWORK

All artwork displayed on this website and in our gallery is original fine art, prints, sculptures, and decorative pieces created by artist Clint Eagar. Limited edition prints are produced in the quantities stated. Each piece is priced individually based on size, medium, and edition type.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Online orders are processed securely through our e-commerce platform. We accept major credit cards. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

3. CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

Custom commission work is subject to a separate agreement between the artist and client. A deposit may be required to begin commission work. Commission terms, timelines, and pricing are discussed and agreed upon prior to beginning any work.

4. WEBSITE USE

The content, images, and design of this website are the intellectual property of Clint Eagar Design. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
